Claire joined the Arthur Alley team in 2024 to launch Arthur Alley Search Solutions. She previously served 9 years as Director of Business Development for a direct response fundraising agency, engaging with national nonprofits who needed a strategic, data-driven fundraising partner.
She’s now returning to her passion: connecting people. With her experience in nonprofit search, IT recruiting and accounting + finance staffing, the return to connecting new leaders to mission-driven organizations is a natural fit.
A graduate of North Park University in Chicago, Claire and her college sweetheart husband chose to leave behind the cold winters and settle down in Winston-Salem, NC to raise their son. An avid traveler, she’s been to over 30 unique countries with many repeat visits to her favorite locales. Claire is active in her church community and serves on her son’s school board. She loves to read, exercise and snuggle her nine-year-old rescue pup, Cuzco.
