  • Identify and post to relevant job boards, industry forums, and social media platforms for targeted candidate audiences.

  • Conduct extensive networking to attract the targeted candidate audience.

  • Share your organization’s opportunity throughout the national Arthur Alley network and website.

  • Accept, evaluate, and assess all applicants.

  • Screen qualified candidates via phone conversations, writing samples, and competencies questionnaire.

  • Video interview with select candidates who passed phone screens.

  • Provide Candidate Briefs for all recommended candidates.

  • Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics for the search committee and top candidates.
